Standard Terms
Payment Terms
- Monthly Service charges to be paid in advance.
- Invoice for Monthly Service charges will be sent by email.
- All payments must be received before the start of the service period.
- Delay in payment, will force us to suspended services till receipt of payment.
- All payments to be wired to our bank account in USA.
- The cost of wire transfer is to be borne by the customer.
- For payments sent by Paypal, 7% processing charge applies.
Terms of Service:
- All Charges are Non-Refundable.
- The Services will be offered for a minimum period of 1 month.
- The Services can be terminated by either party with a prior notice of at least Thirty days (30 days).
- Payment will not be deducted / refunded / compensated for services being unavailable due to:
- Temporary suspension of services requested by the client.
- Holidays as mentioned in the Liabilities & Warranties clause, as below.
- Any unavoidable or uncontrollable situation which incapacitates service delivery & is beyond our control.
Liabilities & Warranties
- Services offered will strictly be limited to the scope agreed upon in the Service Contract.
- Ramshyam aims to provide best quality of service ensuring smooth and consistent services with 99% uptime.
- Ramshyam will not be held responsible or liable for any damages / losses arising out of delivery, non delivery, or deficiency of service.
- Client ensures and will continue to ensure that all products & services being supported / promoted via Ramshyam are legal and meets all regulatory compliances.
- Client ensures that all information provided to Ramshyam -- including but not limited to contact details, telephone numbers, email address, etc. are legitimate and the use of this information does not breach any laws.
- Services will not be available for 2 Days to celebrate Diwali Festival (in Oct/Nov, exact dates vary every year). Diwali is India's biggest festival similar to Christmas.
